Reception of applications and documents, entrance examinations, competitive selection and enrollment applicants on the basis of complete secondary education is conducted from 1 July 2014 to 31 July 2014 (from 16 July 2014 to 16 August 2014 for distance learning )

To join the department and specialty obtaining the educational qualification levels “Bachelor” Ba must submit the following documents

1. When applying in paper form entrant presents personally:

• document state of previously acquired education (educational qualification) level, through which the introduction and annex;
• certificate (s) of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment (for applicants on the basis of complete secondary education);
• medical certificate form 086-by;
• document certifying identity and citizenship (passport of citizen of Ukraine, Ukraine passport for travel abroad), military ID or registration certificate, birth certificate – for persons age do not have a passport or other document certifying identity and citizenship.At the request of the applicant selection (Selection) Commission certifies copy state of previously acquired education (educational qualification) level, through which the introduction and annex, certificate (certificates) Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment and other documents .2. The application, filed in paper form, the entrant adds:
  • document state of previously acquired education (educational qualification) level, through which the introduction and annex, the personal choice of originals or copies;
  • certificate (s) of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment (for applicants on the basis of complete secondary education), the personal choice of originals or copies;
  • a copy of the document proving identity and citizenship;
  • medical certificate form 086-o or its copy;
  • Six color photographs 3 x 4 cm;
  • two envelopes with stamps;
  • a copy of the identification code.3. Applicants have the right to file a certificate Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment, published in 2014, or certificates, or duplicate their 2008 or 2009, or 2010, or 2011 or 2012 or 2013.4. Persons with disabilities (the disabled I and II groups, disabled children) submit documents proving their right to the entrance exams NTU “KPI”. 5. To enter the specialty department must submit certificates of Ukrainian language and literature, mathematics and physics.
