If you have just finished school, have already received a certificate of complete general secondary education and are taking the national multi-subject test this year, or have already passed an external independent assessment in previous years, now is the time to choose your future profession. You will enter the bachelor’s education level – this is the first level of higher education. Your studies at the National Technical University of Ukraine “Ihor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” will last 4 years. Based on the results, you will receive a diploma of complete higher education and the right to extend your education to the next level – the master’s degree. In 2023, the results of the national multi-subject test (NMT) in the Ukrainian language, mathematics, and history of Ukraine or the results of the external independent assessment (EXE) 2020-2021 and NMT 2022 in any combination of competitive subjects, which were fixed in the Admission Rules, are used for admission to KPI named after Igor Sikorsky in 2022-2023. Instead of the result of the NMT, you can use the result of the external examination from the same competitive subject, if the difference in points does not exceed 15 points. The main session of NMT will be held from July 18 to August 10 in Ukraine and 39 European countries, so you will be able to take the test even outside the country. The result will be available immediately after the test is completed. This year, entrants who plan to obtain a bachelor’s degree at KPI named after Igor Sikorskyi, must provide a letter of motivation for admission to the university when submitting electronic applications. What it is? A letter of motivation is written information in an arbitrary form about your interest in joining KPI named after Igor Sikorsky and the corresponding expectations, achievements in education and other activities, own strengths and weaknesses. Calculation of competitive score (CS):
CS= (К1хП1+ К2хП2 + К3хП3)/(К1+К2+К3) + ОУ
де К1, К2, К3 – вweighting factors established by Appendix 7 to the Admission Procedure; the sum of the coefficients may not be equal to 1, so the result is weighted by this sum.

ОУ – point for successful completion of preparatory courses (if available)
WARNING! When submitting an application for specialty 133 Industrial Mechanical Engineering as the FIRST or SECOND priority, the competitive score is multiplied by the industry coefficient of 1.02!
Necessary documents for admission (copies do not need to be notarized):
- ID card (with an attachment sheet about the place of registration) or passport + 2 copies.
- copy of TIN (identification number)
- a certificate with the application and copies
- color photo 3×4 cm – 4 pcs
- 2 envelopes with a filled-in return address and affixed stamps for shipments across Ukraine
