🌱 Experience, drive, and the start of new opportunities: how the SFMCS team represented the faculty at the accelerator!
This week marked the final event (Demo Day) of the GreenChem Accelerator program for scientific developments in green technologies and sustainable innovations, hosted by the Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production Centre. Our Faculty of Automation, Information Technology, and Environmental Engineering was worthily represented by the SFMCS team!
The team working fruitfully on the project included our faculty and graduate students: Serhii Hulienko, Olena Ivanenko, and Vitalii Yasenchuk (with Serhii Hulienko and graduate student Vitalii Yasenchuk representing our Department of Chemical and Petroleum Machinery and Equipment).
Although we didn’t manage to take prize-winning places this time, participating in such a large-scale project is already a huge victory. We’ve gone through an intensive journey, improved our startup, and gained colossal experience and valuable advice from leading industry experts.
We want to express a huge special thank you to our students who came in person to support the team! Your energy and belief in us are the best motivation. 💙💛
For us, this is not the finish line, but merely a powerful boost. Green technologies, environmental engineering, and automation are the future, and the SFMCS team continues working on our project to turn it into reality.
