The purpose of the circle is to create favorable conditions for preparing student youth for independent creative, educational and scientific work.
The research work of students is a continuation and deepening of the educational process and is organized directly at the department, in research, design and other organizations, at specialized industries with which the department has concluded cooperation agreements.
Students who have achieved significant work results can be recommended by the scientific and methodical council of the circle and the department for admission to master’s and postgraduate studies.
Students in the student scientific circle of the department:
- compose abstracts and essays based on materials from domestic and foreign special literature;
- master the skills of conducting an experiment and processing the obtained results, designing equipment of various types and purposes;
- design and manufacture laboratory installations;
- based on the results of conducted research, they write scientific articles, prepare applications for obtaining protective documents for intellectual property, and report at conferences.
