From April 13 to 17, the XV Staff Training Week was held in Malaga (Kingdom of Spain), bringing together more than 50 representatives of universities from 25 countries around the world.
At the event, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute was presented by Oleksandr Seminsky, Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department of Machines and Apparatuses for Chemical and Oil Refining Industries.

During the week, a combination of presentations, workshops, and trainings allowed discussing topical issues and exchanging experience in using the Erasmus+ (KA131, KA171) and TransfrontEU programs to deepen the internationalization of universities in various countries of the European Union, as well as countries outside the EU, in particular within the framework of European integration processes.
The infrastructure of the University of Malaga was demonstrated in the context of a dynamically developing European university. Cases of university work in the areas of international cooperation, work with partners, both in the academic environment and in business and administrative management, work with stakeholders,s and graduate employment were discussed.
An important part of the event was a reception at the city hall, during which the mayor of the city, Mr. Francisco de la Torre, emphasized the importance of universities as a component of regional development and, using the example of the city of Malaga, explained how constructive interaction between the university and the city administration contributes to development and prosperity.
