Energy Efficiency Week 2025: FAIEE presents innovative developments
Acting Dean of the Faculty of Automation, Industrial Engineering and Ecology, Olena Ivanenko, presented five developments of the faculty that demonstrate the high scientific and engineering potential of FAEIE:
– Technology for pre-processing plant waste for effective conversion of polysaccharides into bioethanol (Department of Ecology and Technology of Plant Polymers);

– Heat exchange during calibration of thermoplastic pipes (Department of Machines and Apparatuses for Chemical and Oil Refining Industries);

– Energy-efficient technology for granulating new-generation organo-mineral fertilizers in a fluidized bed (Department of Machines and Apparatuses for Chemical and Oil Refining Industries);

– Automated IoT system for controlling technological parameters of hydroponic plant cultivation (HydraPony) (Department of Hardware and Software Automation);

– Comprehensive technical audit of an industrial enterprise (Department of Chemical, Polymer, and Silicate Mechanical Engineering).
